Two Implants

This is a case where two upper incisors have been replaced by the titanium implants with zirconia abutments and porcelain jacket crowns. The photo on the right was taken immediately after the crowns were placed.

Veneer

This is a case where a peg lateral incisor has been restored to normal size, shape and colour by a single porcelain veneer.

Implant

This is the other side to the peg lateral where the lateral incisor was missing and has been replaced by a titanium implant with a zirconia abutment and a porcelain jacket crown.

Instant Crowns

This case involved the restoration of the upper four incisors using chairside fabrication of porcelain jacket crowns by the Cerec CAD/CAM system.

Resin Bonding

The restoration of the two central incisors has been achieved by direct composite resin bonding with minimal destruction of the remaining tooth structure.

Bleaching

This is an example of the “Zoom”© bleaching procedure showing the masking of the soft tissues and a shade guide prior to bleaching followed by a photograph of the result one hour later. The change in shade using a ceramic shade guide was from 4M1 to 1M1 which is the equivalent to a 60 year old becoming a 25 year old!
